 10 days of a well-knitted astronomy program, with experts and leading astronomers & educators. A series of demonstrations, activities, do at home astronomy, fun worksheets, use of software and apps, quizzes and much more on our specially designed online platform!

 Learning should never stop, not even at these difficult times when the whole world is facing the Covid-19 pandemic. We are pleased to propose Online Astronomy Summer Camp activities for students.

 Astronomy and Space Sciences are the most effective way to inculcate ST and make young minds learn science.

 Objectives of the program:

•          Introduce the world of Astronomy and Space Sciences to kids.

•          Appreciate science and its relevance to daily life.

•          Develop respect for instruments, scientific procedures and observations.

•          Learn that science and astronomy starts at home.

•          Understand use of technology as an aid to learn astronomy and science.

 Details of the Online Astronomy Summer Camp:

•          10 sessions to be covered in 10 days. Details are in the enclosed GIST.

          Use of software’s, apps and technology

          Quizzes and assessments and much more…

•          Each participant shall be a part of SPACE India’s online platform in which,

          Access all the above materials and resources for future use

          Ask all further doubts, queries, suggestions and recommendations related to sessions.

          Self-assessment, quizzes and competitions

          Regular updates of upcoming celestial events and occurrences.

          Share your work with participants from all over the world

          Community and Discussion forum on astronomy and space sciences headed by team of Astronomers.

          Career guidance towards astronomy and space sciences.

          Enrollment in internship and research projects

          Special offers and discounts on further products and services.

•          Each participant shall receive login details for SPACE India’s platform.

•          Each participant shall receive an E- Certificate after completion of the program.

•          All the live sessions would be online, through various safe and secure conference and webinar platforms of Zoom. Please be assured that the platform is secured.

Fees for the program:

Fee per student: Rs 1800/- inclusive of 18% GST for the complete camp and its allied services, along with membership of the SPACE India’s online platform for 6 months.
